And then there were three

Brother Duane arrived on Sunday afternoon. We made it to and from the airport with relative ease. Maybe we are finally getting the hang of driving here?

After a good long sleep in on Monday, we spent a couple hours walking the Camino route - retracing my steps from my first days here. Duane brought to the experience a keen rural eye - and nose!

We went to ApĂșlia for supper and caught a fantastic sunset across the Atlantic as we arrived. We found a restaurant that specialized in crepes made with buckwheat and enjoyed a leisurely supper.

Today we made our way back to the train station in Porto and DELIVERED THE CAR back to rental agency. What a relief!! I feel so much freer😀.

We had breakfast by the station and are now making our way to Lisbon.

Wow - Lisbon already. Seems like your holiday is going by very quickly, as holidays tend to do. Glad Duane was able to get there with what appears to be very little drama, and that the car is safely back in Portuguese hands! I look forward to pictures of Lisbon.
